Bera Constructions ("we", "us", or "our") operates beragc.com and its landing pages, including pages used for online advertising campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, request a free estimate, or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a contact or estimate-request form, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your property address and the DC-area neighborhood you selected
• The type of project you're inquiring about and any details you share with us

We also automatically collect limited technical information to keep our site secure and to understand how our advertising is performing:

• Your IP address and browser/user-agent string
• Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters from the link you clicked (for example Google's gclid, gbraid, and wbraid parameters, and UTM source/medium/campaign tags), and the page that referred you to us
• A spam-protection score from Google reCAPTCHA, used to confirm that a form was submitted by a person rather than automated software

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a free consultation or estimate
• To schedule and carry out the renovation or construction services you request
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising — for example, to understand which campaigns and keywords lead to genuine requests for an estimate
• To detect, prevent, and investigate spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones described above.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are securely transmitted to, and stored in, a private Google Workspace spreadsheet that only authorized Bera Constructions staff can access, and a copy is emailed to our office for follow-up. We retain lead information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver our services, and meet our recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Sharing with service providers

We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services on our behalf:

• Google — for spreadsheet storage (Google Sheets), spam protection (reCAPTCHA), and advertising measurement (Google Ads / Google Analytics). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — for delivering email notifications of new inquiries to our team.

These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Our advertising landing pages may use cookies and similar technologies (including Google tags) to measure which ads and search terms lead visitors to request an estimate. This helps us spend our advertising budget responsibly and avoid showing you irrelevant ads. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you about a request you submitted, at any time by emailing team@beragc.com or calling 202-938-2372. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults seeking construction and renovation work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy
